Did you try to restart Roon Server? Or clear the cache and/or image cache?

If you’re still having issues here, please share a screenshot of the underlying file structure for the affected albums. Where are the album cover artwork files stored relative to the albums themselves?

Some consumer VPNs or antivirus software can disrupt Roon’s connection to upstream image servers, causing artwork to go missing. Please ensure RoonServer is whitelisted as a background process in any security software.
