CD no longer showing - unable to rip CDs

Hello,

My CD drive plugged into the Nuc+ no longer shows up -

My Nuc+ has been off for a few months and has just been updated.

I have power off/on and even reinstalled the OS.

Any suggestions?

I am going to put this down as a hardware issue with the USB CD drive - I have just plugged it into my PC and the drive does not show up - Very strange.

Hi @A_G,

This does sound like a hardware issue with the CD drive if it’s failing to appear on the PC as well.
If this issue occurs with another CD drive on the Nucleus, please do let us know!
