Description Of Issue

Certain tracks are being labeled up as “corrupt” however all of these are able to be played via other software, is there a setting or codec that i am missing? i’ve gone to the //rock/ page and it’s not got the “missing codecs” message??

Roon can find fault in files that other apps don’t. If there are quite a few support may ask for samples.

Hello @Paul_Sheridan, have you tried converting some of the corrupt files to FLAC? I’d recommend using an app like dbpoweramp or similar. If the files are already FLAC, try converting them to FLAC anyway as this will often fix issues with header data. Please let me know if that helps!
