Is it possible to change the dynamic range of an Album by myself?
What exactly do you want to do?
Compress or expand dynamic range of what’s been recorded?
Change volume leveling to better match up in a playlist with tracks of different origin?
Maybe you could be more generous in describing your aspirations…

Roon can’t do it at this time, but there are several aftermarket options. DBX used to make a dynamic range expander and the boxes are still readily available and functional on the used market. I think there are similar options new from companies like Behringer. Obviously these devices can’t restore missing or clipped music, but the effect may be pleasing to you.
Truth is you can’t reconstruct what’s been lost. I’m not saying it doesn’t sound better, just that it is optimised guesswork.
