Change of Tidal account deleted my library based on Tidal songs and albums

I just changed my Tidal account and thereby my Roon library lost all stored artist, tracks and playlist based on Tidal.

Do anyone knows if it’s possible to merge my new Tidal account with the library from the old account?

Thanks for your input. Yes, I still have access to the old account for some days so I’ll try if I can do it via TuneMyMusic.
