Choosing primary version of an album in library

In cases where one has multiple versions of the same album, the three dots sometimes work for me in designating the primary version but sometimes they are greyed out and it’s impossible to choose. Anyone have a fix for this?

You sure they are the same version ? Likely not and you would need to group alt versions from the edit menu via pc or tablet.

Show your versions tab for the album your trying to make primary.

Just select both of them and hit the 3 dots and select edit. Select group alternative versions. Now you can just a primary.

I selected both but the three dots are greyed out and nothing happens
