Description Of Issue
Hi Rooneys.

My Chord Poly has stopped being seen by my Roon Core overnight! (No settings changed!).

Can anyone give me any advice how to rediscover it please?

Is there any change if you reboot the Core and the Chord?

Are your other audio devices showing up okay in Settings > Audio?

Hi Dylan, thank you so much for your reply.
Yes, factory reset Poly, rebooted roon core.
All other devices normal, in fact, if I switch play mode on the Poly to “everything else” the Poly appears as an airplay device.
Switch back to roon and it disappears.

Dylan, I have also run the setup wizard after a factory reset and still not visible!

Hi Dylan
SOLVED---- I use a linksys mesh system, and it appears that if the Roon core is connected to node 1 and poly to node 2 they can’t see each other. I now have one redundant piece of expensive linksys kit!
