Chord Poly Update 3.2.4

I can confirm that Chord response to my issue was good. They did want me to send my Poly back to them.

Something I’m yet to do though as it works.

I have two Poly devices a Poly / Mojo and a Poly / Mojo 2.

Both were bought used.

Everything worked normally except one of the Polys - which worked - but couldn’t be upgraded. Chord had me send the unit in - and it turned out there was a hardware issue. Fortunately for me Chord had done a hardware repair for the previous owner and they decided this issue should be covered by the warranty on that repair.

Throughout they were really helpful.

Thanks @GregD , good feedback :+1:

GoFigure shows my Poly is running 3.2.0. Update Firmware claims it wants to update to 3.2.1 (not 3.2.4), if the prerequisites are met then starts the update for many minutes. Checking the firmware after with Go Figure tells me, I’m still on 3.2.0.

Hi, I didn’t get any notification I don’t think to move from 3.2.1 to 3.2.4 but reading this thread had a look at Go Figure and indeed it showed 3.2.4 was available. Had no success installing. Appears to do everything ok but then struggles to connect to the Poly and then shows I’m still on 3.2.1. Reluctant to do much more as the device works fine. Am I missing much with 3.2.4?

You no longer have to choose Roon or everything else, it does it automatically without rebooting. I think that’s something that changed in the last update. Can’t say I see anything else.

Which I now have, despite the fact that GoFigure still claims the Poly is running 3.2.0 (and still wants to upgrade to 3.2.1).
