Chord Quest will not initialize with Win11

Win11, latest Chord Qutest driver.

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Wifi, and ethernet same problem.

Connected Audio Devices

Qutest connected via USB then using MHA200 headphone power amp.

Number of Tracks in Library

Description of Issue

Issue appears after playing system sound. Roon only works after fresh reboot of machine.

After boot start listening to YouTube. Open Roon and device fails. After reboot, open Roon everything fine. Close Roon, open YouTube. Everything fine. Open Roon device fails.

Sounds like the previous service usage after changing is not being released to Roon , which is usually a USB driver type issue although I know you said you have the latest.
Could also be a win11 vagary?

The issue is only with Roon. Tidal works fine. Both are set to exclusive mode (of course not running them at the same time).
