Description Of Issue
Roon logo displays with a spinning wheel. Won’t connect beyond that. This occurs both on AUDIO and DISPLAY. I have reinstalled Chromecast on the SHIELD.
There are no other Chromecast endpoints. The Core is connect via Ethernet, the Sheild via WiFi. Other endpoints except Shield and iPad are connected via Ethernet.
Network is ATT Fiber - Linksys Velop- NetGear Gig switch - ROCK.
Thanks for the details, @Daniel_Allen. We typically find that things work better via Ethernet – Is there any chance you could give that a try, even if not permanently? It’d be helpful to know if this is related to the network connection between the Core and the Shield, or if something else is going on.
