Chromecast device not detected

Description of Issue

I have a new chromecast device from Sony which doesn’t show up as audio endpoint.
It has cast firmware 1.52.246654. It’s completely unseen by the roon core, although it appears on any other device in my network as a chromecast device.

Can you please reboot your Roon Core and see if the device appears?

Hi, reboot didn’t change anything. It doesn’t show up. The device is called bedroom.

But today after the update, it magically appeared again
