Describe the issue

I am having problems getting into Roon. My computer asks me to log in. When I try to, it tells me I already am logged in. I end up in a circularity from which there is no exit

Describe your network setup

EE home network and smart hub. Computer connected via home plugs.

Click Unauthorize.

Hi,

Sometimes Roon licensing server gets confused and thinks the current Roon Server is an additional different installation.

Just press the unauthorise icon, it’s quite safe, and then login as normal.

Hi @Andrew_Benson,

@Carl is correct here - you’ll simply need to switch which RoonServer roon thinks it’s connecting to when you log in by “Unauthorizing” and Reauthorizing.

This will not affect your library or settings. Please reach out if you have any other issues or questions. Thanks!

Thanks for this. It does indeed work after clicking “unauthorise”. Weirdly, I didn’t even have to reauthorise and/or log-in again; it simply worked as soon as I unauthorised.
