Cloudflare

Yes, I know there’s a problem, but it has been going for DAYS, and every time I look at the Cloudflare status page, they are working on a different server. Just how many servers does Roon use? I also can’t open the PDF booklets for albums–is that related to the problem?

This is most likely a Qobuz problem.

It is, and they are aware of it.

The work carried out by Cloudflare continues to affect some Roon users because DNS was rerouted and is no longer resolving correctly. Unfortuntately, some ISPs cache DNS for a long time and this becomes stale during and after maintenance.

If you use your ISPs DNS servers you may want to try changing theses to either Cloudflare, Google or Quad9. This is done in your router

There are reports that Qobuz has resolved the issue with PDF booklets.

I see that the banner announcing the Cloudflare problem has been taken down, but my Metadata is still paused. is there anything I can do on my end?

I’ve moved this to Support.

Hope it helps you to resolve this issue, if not Roon’s support team will be along to help.
