Hi all, me again with a silly question. I just bought a new android tablet and am installing apps on it. Roon itself is no problem but I can’t find the separate app (if that’s what it is) to directly access the forum. It’s icon is similar to Roon’s itself. How do I install it/get it back? TIA
I don’t know of any Roon forum app but the forum runs on the Discourse platform and you can install the Discourse Hub app, then choose the Roon forum.
Alternatively you can open the forum website in Chrome and then save it as a web app with its own separate launcher:
(Though in either case it’s just an HTML browser in the end)

Just use your browser to go to the web site. Save a link to it.

Yes, when you use Chrome to login to the forum it usually pops up with this
Which allows you to install the Chrome page as an app
Thanks! Mr. Flibble’s suggestion didn’t work for me, but Suedkiez put me on the right track with the ‘web app’ solution. Works like a charm!

EDIT: I use the Roon and Audirvana Discourse forums.
The app has some advantages, especially if you belong to multiple Discourse-based forums.
