Configuring Roon for disk scan at start

Hello from Bonn in Germany
I am quite new to Roon and I am using a local HTPC configuration based on a silent Intel PC and one 4TB harddisk connected locally via SAtA. As my collection is quite stable I am not interested to let Roon scan the harddisk for changes everytime I start my system. Any idea if this can be configured?

No, as far as I know there is not configuration for this. Roon needs to verify for itself that all music in its database is where Roon thinks it is.
