· I need to confirm that my Innuos Stream 3 update2.0 has been completed on your server.

Tell us about your home network

· Router is eero model# BO10001. This is a mesh system that has been refreshed from the router to the 4 modems installed in my home. The streamer was unplugged by another person unfortunately. I have been in touch with the streamer support group and have performed all the tasks. The streamer still does not show as on line with your server. They are telling me that their update must be done . Can you tell me if you have the innuos 2.0 update installed?

Thank you for your message. I am looking over your account details, but I do not see any Innuous streamer as currently active. Have you enabled Roon mode on the device? Some devices need to have Roon mode enabled before it will show up:
