Connecting a new msb premier dac using eithernet cable from router

Room does not recognize the new dac when connected using an eithernet cable. Any advice?

Thanks for your patience as we continue to work through each thread. After reviewing your account, I was able to see that your MSB DAC was seen online recently, are you still running into issues getting things set up properly?
