Connecting Roon to Tidal

I have a problem linking my Tidal account (opened today) to my Roon app.
I am using an iPad to control Roon and running through a B&O Nucleus

Can you please provide more information using the thread that @xxx mentioned? Does Roon display any error messages when you try to perform the linking? Are you able to log in to TIDAL using the Web Player ( https://listen.tidal.com) or the TIDAL app and are using the same credentials in Roon? Please let me know when possible.
