Description Of Issue

I have been backing up Roon Database successfully since mid December to Apple iMac on network but failed since 12 January. Plenty of room on Mac SSD, set to backup every 7 days at 2 am and to keep 3 backups. Tried re-mapping but cannot locate share. So I think I am not directing to the correct location. ROCK is running on a NUC on wired network and I am accessing ROCK via the Mac to which I want to save the backup to. So I think I need help with how to write the correct path to the Mac. (By the way, everything else on Roon working so perfectly and reliably).

Hi @Andrew_Bartlett,

Please take a look over this guide and let us know if it helps!

Thank you, simple solution, my File Sharing had deactivated (possibly on reboot) and backup is now working again.
