· can't connect from roon to my nucleus one. It was working until a couple of days ago. I've rebooted everything and confirmed that the individual pieces are working, so the problem is the connection between the roon app on my laptop/phone and the nucleus server. Plays for a couple of seconds sometimes, and then just hangs and then gives the "uh oh something's wrong" error

· 10gig xfinity router, ethernet connected, running through ps audio airlens. everything worked fine until a day or two ago. no changes to network configs. usig macbook with latest os (tahoe 26.3.1)
Thanks for reaching out. Can you please click the Select a different Roon Server button, then re-select the Nucleus One from the list? Let us know if that helps!
Thanks much for the reply. I tried that and it did not help. Interestingly when i switched the server to “this mac”, it prompted me to login to Roon as if i was unrecognized. After i did, it worked fine, but when i try to switch back to the nucleus i have the same trouble. On the screen to switch between the devices it toggles between saying it’s ‘connecting…’ to the nucleus and then saying it’s ready, but it doesn’t work in either state. Screenshots attached in case it’s helpful to see the build number, etc.
When i connect to the nucleus one, it shows that as my connected server in settings, but it doesn’t work.
