Please select how you've connected your Roon Server to the internet

· Roon Server is connected by *Ethernet*

What is the operating system of your Roon Server host machine?

· *Nucleus*

· *VPN* installed on RoonServer or Roon Remotes

What type of computer and operating system are you using for your Roon Server? What computer or phone/tablet is receiving the “Looking for your Roon Server” message? The more detailed information you provide will assist in identifying possible solutions.

Also, why do you have a VPN running on this computer? VPNs are not a supported configuration for Roon and may cause connection issues similar to what you are experiencing.

@Robert_F is correct in that the more details you can provide specifically around your connection issue, the better. I see you’re running a Nucleus for your Roon Server, are you able to access the webUI of the device?
