We are currently tracking reports from users who are unable to log in to Roon, see “Unexpected Error” messages when trying to access their accounts, encounter “Metadata Improver Paused” errors or other connectivity based issue such as ARC and Tidal or Qobuz synchronisation issues. Symptoms: 530 Errors: Connection failures between Roon and our network provider. 410 Errors: Failures in retrieving metadata or account verification. What is happening?
