Connection Issues, Login Issues, "Metadata improver paused" errors, “Unexpected Error” messages [Resolved]

Sorry, I can’t see how this will help to solve my problems. Qobuz does not sycronize.

This is global issue is affecting many if not all of Roon’s Cloud based services.
There is nothing to be done until the Cloudflare DNS outage is resolved by Cloudfare.

Roon will update the banner, once it is resolved. Then you can retest and report back here.

Appears to be resolved. No further actions taken on my end. Logging in is successful and all features appear back to normal.

Describe your network setup

Last week, I update my Roon Server "Grimm Audio MU2" and my MacOS 26.3" to the latest version of Roon 2.60 (build 1629).

I went into the Roon Server settings and logout from Tidal. Reboot my Roon Server, go back to the Roon settings and try to login back again. The Tidal web page give me a confirmation that everything is OK.
"You've successfully connected your TIDAL account."
After that it goes back automatically to the Roon server in the Tidal setting section but it is stuck there, the wheel is spinning and nothing goes through.
I try to use my iPad instead of the Mac, but it does the same thing.

Describe the issue

Running Linux Roon server version 2.60. It was working earlier today, but something happenned when I was trying to link to a new Qobuz account from Roon, and now all devices (2 iPhones, an ipad, and a Windows PC) cannot log in to Roon. For example, when I open the app on my iPad I get a screen that says "connect to your Roon Server" which shows the server as running. When I click "Connect" I get a screen showing "Login" and "Sign up". I click "Login" and it asks if I want to use "roonlabs.com" to sign in. I hit "Continue" and I get a window that says "Welcome back!" and "Choose an account". When I click on my account I get sent back to the Login/Sign up page. This is an endless loop that I cannot get out of. I rebooted my server and verified that it is running. I rebooted my router as well with no luck. All devices show the same behavior. Clearly something changed as it was just working on my iPad earlier today.

Describe the issue

Hi — I can’t log into Roon. I’ve tried on both my iPhone and my Mac with the same result. I also deleted and reinstalled the app and removed all local library data, but it’s still not working.

Describe your network setup

Comcast ISP. Standard wireless router.

· After update to 2.60 build 1649 on Windows, Roon no longer recognizes my local audio zones (on my PC). Trying to enable these zones (local System Output and my USB connected DAC via WASAPI (Schiit)) just gets stuck on "enabling". No firewall or other changes have been made and these zones have been working for years since. Other zones in the local network still function fine and play music. Truly baffling

· VPNs have been disconnected and turned off. The zone previously worked with VPNs anyways.

· Saw the message: “Metadata Improver: Paused – Roon is having trouble verifying your connection with our servers.” I was able to play the last track in my playlist but search did not work at all.

I tried power cycling my xfinity gateway (Netgear Nighthawk), my Nucleus, and Roon clients to no avail.

I thought an update maybe didn't finish, so went to the Roon server webpage and attempted to reinstall the OS. Immediately got an error "exit code 43".

I can still see the Roon server webpage but starting the server results in an error. When I attach a monitor the Nucleus I see a normal boot screen after power cycling or rebooting.

I can run the endpoints using their own software and Roon looks OK on server and when I try to use the iPAD, but the play button does not function.
