I had the same issues, please try the following steps.
Logout from Tidal and Qobuz in Roon
Shutdown your Roon Server
Open Tidal or Qobuz with another Device and delete your Favorites (yes it hurts)
Power On Roon Server (it should be still logged out from streaming services)
Clean your Library
Reboot Server again and check if the Library is cleaned (It should say 0 / Zero at all points so nothing to clean up anymore)
Now connect back to Tidal and Qobuz
It helps at my system but be warned again, your favorites are gone. Alternative would be to log out from TIDAL and Qobuz and clean Roon library. Then try to use Roon without the streaming services and probably all your issues are gone now. They will turn back if you relog to TIDAL and Qobuz.
I have the same issues since four weeks now. With the latest release of Roon, the system was slowering down, sometimes the connect to Qobuz or TIDAL fails, synchronize of the library’s fails, import of Flac Files needs a longer time, sometimes import of new Flacs fails etc. etc…
Sometimes when i reboot my ROCK it needs three minutes to login to streaming services and the OS is slower then a month ago. I cleaned up my library, i built a new fresh one, but in the end nothing helped. If you don’t use TIDAL or Qobuz it should work as usual. So personally thoughts if you use both services together something is getting wrong the the library over the time.
It is annoying, but you only can hope that they will fix it after holidays.
