Hi @sieburgh,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. When you get a chance, could you check under the Versions tab for the album that won’t play and see if another version is available and plays properly?
If Roon is showing the tracks as unavailable, it likely means that the specific version of the album has been removed from Qobuz. The good news is that in many cases, alternate versions are still available and should work just fine.
Hi @sieburgh,
It looks like you’ve already posted another thread about this topic. I’ll merge them together to keep all of the information in the same place.
I have already pointed out multiple times that this is a Roon issue. Of course, I have checked whether the album is available on Qobuz – and it is. This is not the first time this has happened, and I would like to know what you can do about it.
Available with no different versions (Netherlands). The album adres maybe changed by Qobuz. You probably find the playeble version under the versions tab.
If you want to keep this album admit the playable version to your library.
Thanks for the follow-up! I would like to point out that @fietser’s above response may very likely lead to a solution for you:
From your screenshot, I see that you added the album back in 2015, so the chances that the album address on the Qobuz side has since changed or has been updated since then is likely high.
If you find and re-favorite the album on Qobuz, then log out and re-log into Qobuz within your Roon account, are you able to see it properly?
Please use the Track browser and check for unavailable tracks - this should uncover albums that have been removed by Qobuz and (usually) replaced by newer versions, which you can use to replace your missing albums.
The “other” trick referenced by @fietser above does not always find all the missing albums…
