Description of Issue

hello,

i just performed an update on the software and now, i do not have a connection anymore.
My server is on my pc which I restarted.
When I start Roon, he does not find the server, but it is impossible to start or to find the server on my pc.

I suspect this is a Windows firewall issue…

There’s a couple of troubleshooting steps to try …

  1. Download Roon again from their website and reinstall it on the PC. No need to uninstall anything.
    Doing so should check / reinstate any missing firewall rules.

  2. If that does not help, try temporarily switching off the Windows firewall (if this does not help it will rule out firewall issues).

Thanks for your patience while we worked through the queue. @Carl is correct that the firewall is the most likely explanation. Let me know if the steps he recommended work.
