Orange Livebox, Ruckus network [installed professionally] which is joined to QNAP Systems TS-253Be by Cat 6 ethernet cable. Controlled from iphone and Macbook Pro by wi-fi.

Hi @lesterfwilson,

Thank you for your post. Our servers are unable to reach the Roon devices on your network, and our attempts to activate diagnostic logging on the QNAP itself suggest that antivirus software or a stateful firewall may be actively interfering with Roon’s background processes, software logging, and upstream connectivity.

Have you checked if the QuFirewall has Roon as an exception?

Where is the second Nighthawk router functioning in this network setup? Please detail the actual network topology relevant to RoonServer, including where each device in the Roon ecosystem is connected.

Connect both RoonServer and the MacBook Pro via ethernet to the same access point on this mesh network for testing - this will eliminate variables so our team can deduce the actual network blockage. Thank you!
