Hello,
Since a couple of days I have trouble streaming Qobuz from Room… It gives an error message saying that Qobuz Streams loads slowly and that this might be connected to network issue.
I have been streaming straight from Qobuz on the same computer without problem so it must be between Qobuz & Moon. Any idea?

Roon Core Machine
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)
Networking Gear & Setup Details
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Connected Audio Devices
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)
Number of Tracks in Library
Tell them how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
Description of Issue
Tell Support about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!

Network Gear:
Wi-Fi connection - Deco M5
Connected Audio Devices
Devialet Phantom I - Wi-Fi Deco M5
Number of tracks in Library
+/-20,000
Issue: when trying to stream from Qobuz I had some error message saying that it was loading slowly and it could be due to network issue.
This evening I updated the Deco Wifi and the issue is no longer there. Maybe it’s solved.
