Hi @carasso.david,

Are you sure your device is using the latest manufacturer-provided firmware? From what I can see, 3DLab offers occasional firmware updates on their website. The latest should be available here.

Can you please share a brief overview of your network topology and audio chain? How are you connecting to the Nano player from Roon Server?
