  • Which audio device(s) are you trying to play Live Radio on?
  • What exactly happens when you press Play — does it show an error message or just stay idle?
  • Please also provide the exact local time when the issue last occurred.

Once we have these details, we’ll be able to check the logs and help you troubleshoot the problem.
