Connectivity with Sim Audio Neo MiND2

Sim Audio Neo MiND2 stopped working.

Can you provide the following please:

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Is the behavior the same if you reboot your Core and Mind2?

Core is MacBook Pro OSX El Capitan.
Roon version1.7 [build 511] stable

Metrum Accoustics Onyx.
Moon MiND2 DAC.

Everything worked fine till today;a sign says …"not certified’.

I am using ethernet connected to Metrum Acoustics Onyx which is connected to Sim Audio MiND2 with balanced cable.

Apple laptop connected with wifi.

Is the behavior the same if you reboot your Core + Networking gear?

Is there any change in behavior if you temporarily connect your laptop via Ethernet instead of WiFi?

after extensive reboot of every unit of stereo chain the simaudio neo mind 2 works again;
