Consistent Library / Song library view with Qobuz

I like the concept of adding albums vs songs to the library being completely independent. Qobuz works this way, Roon does the the opposite for both.

Songs:
Qobuz library: I add songs to the library. Their corresponding albums are not added to the Album library.
Roon album library includes all those albums.

Albums:
I add an album in Qobuz (I do it only for classical music), the songs do not appear in in the Song library.
Roon shows every single song from those albums in the song library.

Worth mentioning:

  • TIDAL operates the same way, keeping albums and songs libraries distinct;

  • If add a Qobuz Album to library in Roon, it appears in the Qobuz album library, but I cannot add songs from it to the library because Roon ‘erroneously’ consider them already in the library

  • BTW, this seem such a fundamental inconsistency WRT library management I wonder it has not been mentioned in the forum before
