Tell us what's going on

· Control4 integration with latest v2.65(build 1653) production running in QNAP container station.
Status in Control4 Composer now reads Roon Core Update Required.
Control4 can see the Roon instance but cannot communicate with it to see the zones. How do we get the Control4 driver updated on GitHub to make this work going forward?

Hi @rpadole,

Thanks for the details, and for including the screenshot. Please try removing the Control4 driver from your Roon Extensions, then re-adding it.

That should be the next step here. Let us know what you see after that, and we can take it from there.

I removed the authorization from Roon. I then had C4 reconnect. I then authorized Roon under Extensions again. Same error message.

Just in case, I also removed the Roon Core C4 driver and the Roon Extension. Refreshed.
Added the C4 Roon driver and then authorized the Roon Extension when it showed up again.
Same issue.

2.65 (build 1652) production.

Update (Successfully fixed)

Roon for NAS was installed using the Create Container and NOT Create Application.
Once I deleted that Container and created a NEW Application —then Authorized the Roon Extension - Control4 was successfully paired and visible within the application.
