We managed to add the core driver first. Added the correct IP and enabled the c4 extension. All firmware is current latest version. Core driver shows connected to Nucleus. On the zone driver, I am not seeing any zones at all. The list is blank even though the Roon app has several available playback zones. Any idea why?

Welcome to the forum! Under the Zone driver, do you have the Core selected from the drop-down list?
What exactly do you see in the Core driver - Properties section? Can you share a screenshot?
Reinstalling the zone driver fixed the issue.
