Converting single songs to whole album library.

I hope I can explain this well enough.

So “My Library” consists of songs I’ve liked on Qobuz and my personal files. I figured out how to Heart all the songs in my Library(songs liked in Qobuz), so now I can add full albums to my library and have Hearts determine the songs I like the most from each album. I would now like to add to “My Library” all the albums I have some songs added. So for example, if I have song 2 and song 4 from album A in my library, I would to be able add that whole album to my library, all the songs. However when I select all the albums in the Album catagory, the “Add to library” is blacked out, Presumedly because it only considers the songs I have in “My Library” as songs in those albums. If I go to an album, I have to go to the Qobuz version of the album to add it to “My Library”, unfortunately I can’t seem to figure out a way to do this at the mass level. I have soundiiz, but that doesn’t seem to be able to do it either. Another Solution would be to do this in Qobuz itself, unfortunately Qobuz only shows albums in favorites if you’ve already liked the whole album already. So that solution is out. I can go to songs in Qobuz and right click the albums of each songs and add it that way, but I really don’t feel like going through thousands of albums like this, it would be extremely tedious. I tried to see if theres a way to do it through spotify, someone on reddit had a solution, but it seems the recent UI update broke that ability.

If theres any way to do this, I would greatly appreciate knowing how.

This is not possible I am afraid. You will have to do each album separately, you can add a feature request but I would not count on it being implemented any time soon and it would need to garner a lot of support for Roon to take interest in adding it. As soon as you favourite a track in Qobuz or add to library in Roon it will add the album to albums even if it’s just one track as it belongs to that album and Roon is album focused in the way it works. You will need to click on view complete album in Qobuz then add it and do this for each one.

I had a feeling that might not be possible based on my attempts. I’m hoping maybe someone has a way of doing this outside of the platform so that I can then convert that using soundiiz into my Qobuz library, which would then make it my Roon library. I know such an external tool exists for artists on spotify, hopefully someone did the same for albums on spotify or any other platform. Unfortunately I have as of yet been unable to find such a tool.

If you have Spotify then transfer Qobuz library to it using Soundiiz. Them use the app that does what you want then transfer it back to Qobuz.
