Roon is running and try to put in a set of different filters based on wav. I did it as you described, means as a zipped file. But when I browse I‘m able to see the file, but I couldn‘t select it, because the button is not activated. If I select only one wav file the button shows a darker color and it works.
But not with a zip file.
Any idea

I can confirm that we have received the filters you uploaded and I have taken a look at them. Roon cannot process the filters because they are saved in .7z format, you will need to save them as .zip. I have created a .zip of the filters you uploaded and have re-uploaded them here:
