Is your streamer also running hot?
It is a bit cooler since I put RoPieee on it, but still it gets hot …
Does anybody have a suggestion for me?

It is enclosed it a cabinet or under a shelf? You could put a small DC fan next to it and that would help cool it some.
Most of mine run fine at or around there…the coolest is enclosed in a chassis with a flirc.tv case on it
It is on top of a cabinet with good air circulation …
However, I was considering to get one of those and then add a fan …

Which raspberry are you using? I assume you don’t have any Pro-Ject Stream Box, right?
Heat wears out equipment. Cooling equipment will benefit the setup. I use products from ACInfinity.com.

Mostly RPi 3B and most just passive cooled but I live where my normal ambient temps without ac are High 20s to low 30s Deg C without AC running. My RPi 4 I use a flirc case and this helps a lot.

Well - I got myself two 5V USB fans to cool the Stream Box S2 Ultra.
A 23.6 C / ~75 F drop almost instantaneously in a 25 C environment!

Glad it worked out. Are you using the lowest fan setting? Should barely be audible.
