Copied a HiRez file to Roon but the File Copying (for Import) process is hung up in a loop

Copied a HIREZ file from mac desktop and it appears to be hung up in a loop and I do not see a command in ROON to abort the copy process. Appears to be hung up on the 14th file (track) out of 18.

I have seen this reported when there is a naming or structural problem with the file.
@support may be able to suggest Mac tools to look at integrity. In the meantime have a look at below to see if it helps.

One good free integrity checker for the Mac is Audio Health Check. It’s from the makers of the excellent audio metadata editor Yate. I have no affiliation with them but use both pieces of software.

In addition to what other people mentioned, I would try rebooting your Core to see if that helps after going through those docs.
