Copying media files FROM Nucleus internal storage

Description of Issue

When I first added the Nucleus to my network, I connected via SMB and loaded a couple dozen albums. They have paths like this:

That path is visible and accessible via SMB.

Since loading those initial album, I have been loading everything via drag and drop from a remote (my laptop). Those albums have paths like this:

That path does not exist at smb://NUCLEUS/Data/Storage/InternalStorage

I want the ability to copy media FROM the Nucleus, but I can’t copy it if I can’t find it. What am I missing?

Try looking under the folder “Roon Imports” right below Paul Simon. And, I never use the drag and drop method, I copy directly to the folder location which gives me more control on how everything is structured.

You will find the same if you use Roon to rip any CDs as it will place them in a different Rip folder away from the other stored music… Better to rip them on a PC and then copy them over, imho.
