Hallo, I just got a new macbook as core but can not when I connect it to my dac change so play it through the dac or for that matter Apple TV. which is also on the network. Both are found in the Roon and I can choose it. on my old core it startet playing there as soon as I choose it. now nothing happen, only continue playing through my core Mac. Its the same problem with my remote phone…
Did you migrate the old core data to the new mac? if so how did you do that? Or did you start from scratch?

) having the details of how you went about switching core machines would be very useful. Did you follow the steps listed in our knowledge base (Roon Knowledge Base: Migration)?
Furthermore, the issue you are experiencing is a touch unclear to me from your report. I want to make sure that I am understanding the problem correctly, so I can properly advise. If my evaluation of your issue is correct, you are unable to play to your DAC which is now connected to the “new core” computer. When you do try to playback via the DAC you can only play through the internal speakers of core machine, is this correct?
Lastly, may I kindly ask you for the following information:

A complete screenshot of your “audio” tab on the new core machine.

Please provide the make/model of DAC you are currently implementing.
