Please try to restart your Roon Server by closing the Roon Server app in the taskbar (MacOS), task manager (Windows) or rebooting your Roon Server machine.

I have a NUC/ROCK which I deauthorized to try out my sgc micro jukebox. that didn't work and I can't access the jukebox Roon to deauthorize. please deauthorize it for me.

Could you post a screenshot of the spinning wheel you are referring to?

You don’t need to de-authorise on the Sonic Transporter. You can do it from the ROCK core.

Thanks for writing in! @Henry_McLeod is quite correct - if you go through the process of re-authorizing your ROCK, it will prompt you to de-authorize any other active servers.
