How does Roon identify/define corrupt files? I have several files that were ripped improperly resulting in skips, noise, etc. yet they’re not identified as corrupt. What method does Roon use to identify corrupt files and should there be a way to identify faulty rips that are not corrupt?
So the takeaway is Roon identifies corrupt files as files it can’t read. So files that are damaged or contain incorrect data from the original rip but are still readable are not identified as corrupt. Good to know. I don’t have many such files since I started using dBPoweramp with AccurateRip but I’ve got a few from the early days. I guess I just have to weed them out by hand. Thanks.
