Description of Issue

Cannot open application from Monterey Passage.

Thanks so much for letting us know of this - I’m sorry it took us this long to get back to you. If this is still an issue, could you please:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Restore a backup
