Creating a Support thread add reboot advice, tips etc

Could we add a link to some basic troubleshooting steps in the support category. Either as pinned entries at the top of support or within the support incident template?

  1. Have you rebooted
  2. Streaming services, login and out
    Etc

and please dont ignore the request for as much info as is requested in the default text

maybe even saying that a lack of information requested will hamper the ability of those wishing to help before official support is possible.
