Michael, I moved your post to the Support category. Yes, these appear to be correct, but what question are you asking, and are you having any issues? These would be correct for a Roon Nucleus or a ROCK Core. I am not sure however to what the following refers:

Can you post a screenshot of what you are copying?

Thank you. Yesterday things were not working at all and I was getting a message to upgrade to Roon 2.0. Today I restarted some things via your PC interface and they appear to be working in MOST regards. However, my PC Roon link does not get me anywhere any longer other than to this screen below and I am must control my music via apps on the Iphone and Ipad. Any idea of what might be causing this??? TY

Hi,
You need Roon 2.0 on the PC as well, the 1.8 version will not work with a 2.0 Core.
If it will not update, then just download 2.0 from Roon’s site and install it right over the top the of your current 1.8 install.

Well I downloaded something but not clear exactly what. This software is like hieroglyphics. I now get this screen and have zero idea what to do next. TY for your help.

Click on the óops I meant to run as a remote

Thank you but then what is supposed to happen? It did not accomplish anything I am afraid. There are so many pieces to this Roon stuff that it is impossible to know what is what. I can still control things via my IOS devices but not from my PC.

If that pic is from the PC then you needed to click the link, Oops I meant to run this as remote control, otherwise you will setup a second core on the PC which is not what you want

Hey @Michael_Wasserman,

You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.

I wanted to follow up on this thread to see if you were able to sort out getting your PC as a roon remote? Both @ged_hickman1 and @Rugby are steering you in the right direction with next steps.

I’ll be on standby for your reply
