EDIT: There is more than one Nucleus.

I suppose for a Nucleus. Go to Support > Get Help like you did, but then choose the The issue is related to a physical component of the Nucleus that is malfunctioning or missing category.

It’s for a Roon Nucleus One. I recently tried to add an internal drive and it didn’t work-Roon couldn’t see it. I tried lots of different drives and eventually discovered there was a small tear in the “ribbon” near the SATA connector. I assume this was the reason the drives didn’t register, so will try replacing it.

The best next step here is to get in touch with our RMA department directly, as they’re in charge of all hardware-related Nucleus issues. To do so, open the Typeform link below and select ‘Other’ followed by 'This issue is related to a physical component".
