What is the story about using HQ Player with a Lumin D2 ?

Is there any way around this other than a different device. It would seem Lumin users would want HQ Player ? It seems a very popular program with or without ROON . Any reason ?

I’m not about to want HQP and I have 2 lumins…maybe for my setup and inclination now, less is more

Can you share more ? I don’t know much about HQP, but it seems like a popular bit to try. It seems a popular choice with Roon ?
