Description of Issue

When I first set the system up I selected the USB DAC as the audio player. I then sent it to the house and they connected it and now the DAC no longer shows up under the Connected to Core devices. How do I dive into the system to see what is wrong with it?

I’d ssh into the Core machine and look at the Roon log files.

I’d suspect that the Signstek has failed. Can you test that somehow? Plug it into a different computer? For $30, you can get another one and try that, too.

I don’t believe one can ssh into RoonOS. Dunno.

I don’t have a user name or password to ssh into it.

I guess since I have no access to the PC I will have to just send another DAC and hope that works.

There is no ssh into rock/nucleus. Smb share as guest to the IP address.

What is your dac connected to? Try your pc/Mac

Al make sure any firewalls on the remote are off
