· Hello everyone,
I just built a MOCK Blackview MP100, and having a problem to find my DAC, tryed 2 DACs a FIIO M11 and a SMSL DO300EX, boths when i click enable disapear. Tryed erase cache, RAATServer and RoonServer, and Reinstall the Operating System. Any clue why my DACs dont stay visible? If i connect to a PC using this MOCK as a server the DAC stay visible, but when i plug to core this happens. I presume the problem is with MOCK, tryed in my friend's house with a streamer and works flawless.

How.are you connecting the problem DACs to the Roon Server? It sounds like you are connecting them using USB since you state that they work fine when connecting them to a PC.

If this is the case then it may be that RoonOS (as installed by ROCK) does not include the correct drivers for your Blackview MP100.

If this is the case then there is likely little that can be done and you will likely have to either:

  1. buy (or build using, for example, a Raspberry Pi running Ropieee) a streamer and connect that to the Roon Server using ethernet with the DAC connected to the streamer using USB.

  2. Abandon the use of RoonOS and instead run Roon Server on a different operating system (Windows or one of the many Linux distributions - I use DietPi)

I moved this to the Tinkering section as MOCK is not officially supported by Roon at this time.
