Just for due diligence, you’ve confirmed that your subscription is fully functional within Tidal’s account administration page and have no issue retaining session credentials when logged into the Tidal app or web player? Please test this from the same machine you use for RoonServer, if possible.
Secondly, do you have any proxy servers or VPNs in use on this network? We’ve noticed at least one instance of an invalid subscription trace in log, possibly arising from georestriction associated with your IP address on a Tidal Sweden account.
Lastly, what DNS server is assigned in your main, upstream router? We recommend Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).
